Trustworthiness is the most important aspect of pre-visualization. We are devoted to getting this right.

Our first step is to ensure we have the latest manual for a given fixture. thanks to industry standardisation, most have very good documentations on DMX channel mappings. We verify all of our functions match these mappings precisely, including speeds and precise color values. Once we have the data tables matched, we methodically go through each function with a physical unit at the same time. We have built many reconciliation tools in Carbon to handle insertion polarity, motor movement directions, and speeds.

The result is a perfectly calibrated virtual fixture that will operate identically to it’s physical counterpart.
